Fritz A+ Aquarium Salt 1-lb

This 1 lb bag of Fritz A+ Aquarium Salt is one of those aquarium fish supplies that comes in handy more often than you'd think. It helps cut down fish stress, supports their gill function, and keeps their slime coat healthy. If you're doing a water change or your fish are acting a little off, this Fritz A+ Aquarium essentially mixes in easily without making the tank cloudy. It's safe for most freshwater setups and a solid pick for anyone stocking up on real-deal aquarium fish supplies that actually work.

Fritz A+ Aquarium Salt contains a single ingredient: pure, all-natural salt (sodium chloride), making it completely organic and free of chemicals.

• Fritz A+ Aquarium Salt does not evaporate and is not filtered out, so it should only be added with each water change.
• Care should be taken when using salt with live plants, as some plants may be sensitive.

• Water Conditioning: Add 1 tbsp per 5 gallons for tropical/goldfish tanks; up to 1 tbsp per gallon for livebearers, increase gradually over 3-4 days.
• Parasite Treatment: Mix 1/2 cup (95g) per gallon for a 2.5% saline bath in quarantine tank; soak fish 15-30 min, remove if stressed.
• Tank Cleaning: Dissolve 1/3 cup in 1 gallon of warm water; wipe tank sides and soak accessories (no soap/disinfectants).
