• Reagent KH contains calcium hydroxide, which may irritate skin and eyes.
• Avoid contact with eyes and skin; rinse thoroughly if contact occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use gloves and eye protection recommended.
• Store reagents in a cool, dry, shaded place.
• Follow instructions carefully for accurate readings.

• Use the syringe to add 4 mL of tank water to the vial.
• Add 4 drops of KH indicator and swirl for 5 seconds.
• With the 1 mL syringe, add the KH reagent drop by drop, swirling each time.
• Stop when the color shifts from blue-green to pink.
• Check how much reagent was used and compare it to the chart for your dKH reading.
