Description
F10 Antiseptic Barrier Ointment With Insecticide is a novel combination topical ointment/preparation that contains the F10 core actives and is effective against bacteria, fungi and viruses to treat open and contaminated wounds. It forms a protective barrier on wounds to prevent re-infections. It incorporates a long-acting insecticide to repel insects as well as treat maggot-infested sites (fly strike).
Key Benefits
Infection Prevention: Antiseptic preparation for the protection of wounds, cuts, scratches and abrasions by forming a protective barrier against harmful micro-organisms
Treatment: The F10 core actives will eliminate bacteria, fungi, yeasts, moulds and viruses from wound sites
Repellant: Low dose cypermethrin in conjunction with the F10 core active will repel biting flies, mosquitoes, midges, ants, other insects, ticks and fleas and prevent fly strike
Flystrike treatment: Upon contact with the product, larvae will leave the site immediately and die within 30 minutes thus eliminating the need for mechanical extraction
Long-acting: One application will remain 100% effective for up to 5 days and even longer. Water-soluble and should be reapplied after rain or wash
