• Do not allow the reagent to come into contact with your skin. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.

• Shake the reagent bottle vigorously before use, but gently invert the test tube during the test to mix contents.
• Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
• Dispose of used test solutions according to local regulation.

• Add aquarium water to the test tube up to the marked line.
•  Hold the KH solution bottle upright and add drops one by one, counting each drop. Gently swirl the test tube after each drop.
• Continue adding drops until the water in the test tube changes from blue to yellow.
