  • Do not use with chloramine-removing products during regeneration, as this may leave toxic residues.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

  • Use 250 mL Purigen per 1,000 L (250 US gallons) of water.
  • Place in a filter bag inside a canister, box, or other aquarium filter.
  • Purigen darkens as it exhausts; regenerate when it turns dark brown/black.
  • Regenerate by soaking in a 1:1 bleach: water solution for 24 hours, rinse thoroughly, then soak in a dechlorinator solution before reuse.
  • Avoid using brine solution for regeneration, as it does not remove organic waste.
