• With the help of the syringe, add 10 ml of water sample to the test vial.
• Add 4 drops of PO4-1 reagent, and swirl the vial over a period of 10 seconds.
• Add 1 scoop of PO4-2 reagent and swirl gently after adding 30 seconds.
• Put the open test vial on the white section of the color chart.
• Compare the color of above and read the phosphate concentration in phosphates.
