Red Sea Products is unique blend contains carefully balanced buffers, potassium, and trace elements such as iron, mixed in the exact proportions required by lime algae for optimal absorption and utilization. By supplying these essential components, KH Coralline Gro not only supports algae growth but also helps maintain stable water chemistry within the aquarium.
During the setup of a new tank, KH Coralline Gro serves as the recommended substitute for Reef Foundation B (buffer), making it an ideal foundation supplement. It is aquarium water treatments are equally suitable as the primary buffer for fish-only aquariums or tanks that primarily contain soft corals, where stable alkalinity is crucial but heavy supplementation is not yet required.

- Shake well before use.
- Estimate total aquarium volume (excluding live rock) for accurate dosing.
- Dose according to alkalinity levels, monitoring with a high-resolution KH/alkalinity test kit.
- Add supplement slowly in areas with high water flow or to the sump to avoid direct coral contact.
- Avoid daily alkalinity increases of more than 0.5 meq/L (1.4 dKH) to prevent coral stress.
- Test alkalinity regularly and adjust dosing accordingly.
