When you first start feeding Natural Balance Limited Ingredient Duck & Potato Small Breed Recipe, we suggest starting with the amounts recommended in the table.
Energy requirements vary with environmental conditions, temperature, age, and your dog's activity level.
The amount of food should always be adjusted to maintain an ideal body condition.
Adult dogs should be fed either once or twice per day.
When switching your dog's diet, we recommend doing so gradually over a 7-10 day period.
Replace 25% of the current diet with the new diet every 2 - 3 days until they are fully transitioned.
Add approx. 1/4 – 1/2 cup for every 10 lbs of body weight over 30 lbs. (for adult dogs)
