What is a Subscription And Its Benefits

Subscription is a program where you can set up regular deliveries of items so you never have to worry about running out of stock. The benefits of autoship are that you will never forget to order an item again and you will save money with the extra 5% discount on all future orders.

Can I select the delivery schedule that best suits my needs?

You can choose the delivery schedule that fits your needs when you subscribe. Subscription orders are available in one-week, two-week, monthly, two-month, six-month, and yearly intervals. You can change your subscription schedule over the phone at any time.

How do I track my subscription?

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I Cancel my Subscription?

Yes, you can cancel the autoship after 4 successful deliveries.

Can I change my Subscription frequency?

You can always change your autoship frequency if you need more or fewer products. Just go to your account and click on the Manage Subscription tab for options to change how often you receive each item.

Can I alter the order?

You cannot modify your order once it has arrived, however, we do offer free and simple exchanges

What occurs if my order is misplaced?

Email us and we'll provide you with all the customer service you need.

What transpires if the items I ordered run out?

We will let you know as soon as possible if your Autoship item is out of stock. Until that item ships, you won't be charged for your auto-ship.
