How Subscription Works:

Add your pet’s favourite items to your cart. 

Choose Auto-Ship in purchase options and select your delivery frequency.

Manage your Auto-Ship, change products, delivery dates, or frequency as needed!

  • The Subscription is available to all the Kwik Products.
  • You can schedule the delivery as per your need: From every week to every 8 weeks.
  • Unless you choose to pay in advance, your payment information will be securely stored, and you will be charged for each of these deliveries at their frequencies.
  • The subscription Policy can be cancelled after 4 successful deliveries only.

Subscription is a program where you can set up regular deliveries of items so you never have to worry about running out of stock. The benefits of autoship are that you will never forget to order an item again and you will save money with the extra 5% discount on all future orders.

You can choose the delivery schedule that fits your needs when you subscribe. Subscription orders are available in one-week, two-week, monthly, two-month, six-month, and yearly intervals. You can change your subscription schedule over the phone at any time.

You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Yes, you can cancel the autoship after 4 successful deliveries.

You can always change your autoship frequency if you need more or fewer products. Just go to your account and click on the Manage Subscription tab for options to change how often you receive each item.

You cannot modify your order once it has arrived, however, we do offer free and simple exchanges

Email us and we'll provide you with all the customer service you need.

We will let you know as soon as possible if your Autoship item is out of stock. Until that item ships, you won't be charged for your auto-ship.
