Please return phone calls when numerous messages are left! I called at the right times of day and still got no answer. I needed to talk to a live agent about an issue with my standing order being.."skipped"!? I never asked for it to be skipped. I recieved my next queued order, but it was later than I was expecting, I had to order from Chewy's. At least they answer the phone. Y'all have done well in answering and returning or emailing me in the past, but not this time. My old dog loves the stiff I order.. and he will not eat his other food, without the sweet potatoe wrapped in duck. He seems to only eat this particular brand as well. No more skipped orders unless I tell you to, please?! He's almost out of the sweet potatoe ones already.
